Job Description
The Marketing Analyst provides analytical support to the Marketing Department. Candidates for this position will specialize in a few Direct Marketing channels, which include everything from direct mail, phone calls, and leads to digital marketing channels like social media, SEM, and SEO. Candidates are expected to have knowledge with marketing experience as well as analytical software skills, depending on their level of experience. This person will design, develop, and manage reports, as well as conduct data analysis and deliver actionable insights to help the company improve.

Qualifications:
- Creates, develops, and maintains user-friendly dashboards for marketers and other business teams to democratize digital data.
- It is feasible to do comprehensive marketing analysis and data visualization using market databases like Innova and Datamonitor (a plus)
- An understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel spreadsheets, is necessary.
- Intelligence to generate and evaluate hypotheses focusing on enhancing the digital experience and site performance fuels the testing and optimization roadmap.
- It’s your job to take care of the technical parts of important marketing tools like marketing automation and CRM. These tools are used to generate, distribute, and track leads.
- On a daily basis, the applicant must be able to monitor and maintain tailored media, which may include SEO, search engine marketing, direct mail, television, SMS, email, and other methods.
- Successful, uncommon, and failed items are identified, and new product releases are analyzed, evaluated, and reported on. Analyze local data, statistics, and consumer patterns, then compile into a presentation format for marketing or sales to use.
- Develops solutions to drive consumer awareness, engagement, happiness, retention, and other business objectives by collaborating with business teams to discover the most important business issues to be addressed in the data.
- Create an engaging category analysis and consumer insights utilizing primary and secondary research to help Category Marketers create a clear, effective selling story in a visually appealing digital format.
- Analyze research/analysis data and translate results into clear and actionable business insights for the media, communication and creative teams, and department leadership, informing overall marketing strategy and budgets, as well as creative execution and media mix.
Skills:
- Amazon Advertising and comparable self-service retail marketplace ad systems. Paid search (Google AdWords and Bing).
- Candidates must be able to break down a problem into an organized approach, structure, analyze, and generate recommended solutions when it comes to problem solving.
- +4 years’ experience using data to design and measure content and inquiry/conversion marketing performance.
- It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, math, or statistics (B.A./B.S.).
- Technically knowledgeable, a good communicator, and a desire to enhance operations and boost revenue by connecting with customers online.
