Qualifications:
- Complying with all accounting processes and reconciling the balance sheet.
- Attend product line team meetings on a regular basis to stay up to date on the company’s priorities, as well as to build connections with other members of the team. Preparation and presentation of needed monetary information
- Assisting operational management actively in understanding fundamental business concerns and ensuring that product line financial reporting adhere to IFRS.
- Implementation of accounting and accounting control processes should be documented and coordinated. Franchisees and employees may get training and assistance on industry software accounting practices and processes.
- Assist in the creation of new reporting formats that enable operational management teams to rapidly identify the drivers of financial success.
- Compile and evaluate financial data to create general ledger account entries that reflect corporate activities.
- When necessary, carry out more tasks. Assignments from other job categories may be included in these responsibilities.
- To assist external auditing procedures, quarterly financial reporting consolidations and additional reports are prepared.
- Monthly management reporting package including financial statements for product lines (income statement and balance sheet) and discussion on the underlying causes of performance.
- Analyze financial data describing revenue, costs, assets, and liabilities, and generate a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports that explain the present and forecast financial situation of the firm.
Skills:
- Having familiarity of Microsoft Navision (NAV), Dynamics NAV General Ledger, and/or Onestream would be a benefit.
- Excel in particular requires knowledge of Microsoft Office. Hyperion and SAP knowledge are plusses. Being able to operate under pressure with a broad range of internal customers.
- Working well with individuals of different ages, genders, sexual orientations, national origins, economic levels, abilities, religious affiliations, races, and languages is a great example of how a varied community may function well together.
- Qualifications required include an accounting or finance bachelor’s degree and the ability to operate independently with little supervision.
- It is preferable if you have experience with cost accounting throughout your first one to three years in the profession.
