As an Engineering Consultant, you’ll be tasked with identifying and implementing solutions for the enterprise IT platform’s User Services processes and operations. You may find them in all of the following places: the Incident Management System (IMS), Knowledge Management System (KMS), Request / Service Catalog (RSC), Service Portal (SP) and Service Desk (SD). With the User Servicesteam, you’ll work together on the development and maintenance of new technologies and procedures, as well as the improvement of current ones. The focus is on the execution and maintenance of our environments supporting both internal and external application solutions, ensuring that technologies are available and operating in order to fulfill business demands…. In order to support our self-service technology strategy and improve the experiences of our associates and channel partners, you will lead and carry out technical proof-of-concepts, study and suggest new features and capabilities.

Qualifications:
- The company offers environmental compliance examinations and corrective methods to assist clients comply with all relevant state and federal regulations.
- Create plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, storm water, and wastewater programs, as well as spill prevention, control, and countermeasure plans.
- Develop new platform features that will benefit operations, the enterprise, our self-service strategy, and associate experience.
- Property and casualty insurance consulting services, include identifying high-risk exposures, reviewing substantial losses, and developing management strategies for customers.
- Formal should be promoted by the Product Marketing and Engineering departments.
- Corporates evaluate and implement improvement projects to increase the reliability of their assets, reduce costs, and expand production capacity.
- Conduct all environmental tests, including vibration, mechanical shock, temperature, altitude, humidity, and structural testing, including instrumentation planning and test execution.
- Their work is assessed for completeness and validity. Interacts with functional management project state (internal and external).
- Improvements in the area should be based on market trends, corporate needs, and a current issue analysis to provide high-quality technology solutions from conception to execution.
