Qualifications:
- Help in choosing office and kitchen equipment, as well as utility service, for new offices.
- Ensure that all offices’ shipping, postage machine, and shredding contracts are followed.
- Perform data-driven analytic and query work, as well as report compilation.
- Organizes meetings, gathers information, and shares it. She also plans out the appropriate meeting rooms, visitor cards, and equipment. Welcomes guests and guides meeting participants and candidates. sending out possible follow-up documents
- General office support with a variety of clerical operations and associated obligations, as well as administrative support to Executives as needed.
- For executive and office meetings, workplace parties, and training sessions, place orders for office supplies and food.
- Maintains timely reimbursement processes by submitting business expenditure claims and following up as needed.
- Handles meeting requests, sets up conference calls, and verifies availability. Takes care of rescheduling issues and fixes schedules to meet more pressing needs in a timely manner. Informs superiors of impending due dates and scheduled events.
- Orders for office supplies must be reviewed and approved at all locations. Pick typical office products and haggle costs with vendors to help you meet your annual cost savings goals.
- Assist with travel arrangements for specific workers and take the lead on corporate travel service administration. Contribute to the organization’s travel policy as well.
Skills:
