The Production Artist’s job is to keep everything on track, make sure the project stays on schedule, and get their hands dirty with production edits, presentations, and other marketing materials that will help them put their creative idea into action.

Qualifications:
- Create, review, and update all submission papers as necessary.
- Checks technical packets for mistakes and, if any are found, investigates and fixes problems with the accompanying artwork and extras.
- Investigates the recipes, layouts, and materials proposed for each proposal in close conjunction with the design team to guarantee its success.
- Collaborate with the printer and the artistic group to find solutions as they arise.
- Maintain uniformity in the use of brand features across all products and distribution channels.
- Having the ability to replicate a specified aesthetic while resizing or adapting an existing project.
- Make ready the supplied artwork in a number of production-ready formats, and address any issues that may arise throughout the creation of the artwork.
- Keep teams updated on production changes and keep a system of file revisions structured.
- Maintain design intent for printed goods by collaborating with graphic design, art, and industrial design teams.
- Excellent time management skills enable timely replies to several tasks and tight deadlines.
Skills:
- Ability to connect successfully with professionals at all levels, as well as strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Software programs like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and FlightCheck should be used with ease.
- You are comfortable managing the print process with a vendor and driving them to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Experience in graphic design, apparel design, and/or apparel product development of at least 2+ years is required.
- You need to show that you’re an expert in using a Mac and the relevant software, which includes the Adobe Creative Suite and its flagship product, Illustrator.
