Qualifications:
- Supporting and advising one’s peers among the Associate and Analyst ranks.
- These responsibilities afford direct and active interaction with the senior executive management teams of our clients as well as senior bankers. Associates in the Global Technology Group are expected to attend and participate in client meetings and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships.
- helping to put M&A negotiations into action by doing things like coordinating due diligence between clients and third parties and managing virtual data rooms.
- putting together several financial assessments, including valuation, M&A scenarios, and three statement operating models.
- Presentations to clients, including preparation and delivery.
- Taking part in due diligence meetings and reviewing business ideas.
- Making transaction marketing materials such pamphlets, teasers, confidential information memoranda, and presentations to management
- Taking charge of the transaction’s execution and project management.
- establishing connections with current and potential clients, as well as professional advisers, and keeping in touch with them.
- Creating marketing materials for both the public and private sectors, including but not limited to offer memoranda, confidential information memoranda, and S-1s.
Skills:
- mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Requirements Include a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) or its equivalent in addition to investment banking expertise, or three or more years of relevant work experience.
- Skills in multitasking and prioritization, as well as the ability to manage one’s time effectively, are essential in today’s fast-paced workplace.
- useful but not necessary an undergraduate degree and/or prior professional experience in a technical or engineering field, or a background in technology, such as technology banking or consulting
- Possessing first-rate listening, analytical, problem-solving, social, and rapport-building skills.
