Full-Time Inventory Specialist/Buyer – Banhā
Job Description
According to corporate deadlines, the Inventory Specialist will be in charge of keeping track of all automobiles at the plant. Using company-provided equipment, the Inventory Specialist will document vehicle condition according to corporate specifications, including a full inventory and supporting pictures for each vehicle. In addition, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing traffic in the reception area in order to ensure that vehicle inventory is processed in a timely manner using a priority system.

Qualifications:
- Calculates inventory balance, price, and cost by compiling data on material, equipment, goods, or supplies received or delivered.
- Interact with shipping or inventory coordinators, department managers, and internal and external customers to resolve any concerns that may emerge with material stock inventory levels.
- Visually inspects and measures tools and equipment for faults and wear, and communicates any damage or wear to the supervisor.
- Over the phone, do material stock checks, capturing and submitting any relevant data.
- Assists in the creation of physical inventories and their implementation.
- Use an identifying tag, stamp, or electric marking instrument to name and identify equipment and tools.
- To find cost-cutting possibilities, manipulates par levels, reorders points/min/max, and minimize holding costs.
- Maintains relevant files and paperwork; draughts standard reports for management approval.
- Verifies inventory, monitors order points, places and expedites orders, and receives, arranges, and stores tocks tools, equipment, and parts.
- It is necessary to have prior experience working in a fast-paced, professional, customer service-oriented team context.
Skills:
- Computer abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
- Safety regulations, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions are examples of materials written in the English language that must be read, written, and understood.
- Ability to communicate effectively, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, understanding of good body mechanics, safety measures and infection control, ability to follow directions, and knowledge of section specific test information and instruments may be necessary.
- Fillers, Rinsers, Cappers, Case Packers, Case Formers, Coolers, and Pasteurizers are just a few examples of industrial devices that need expertise to comprehend and troubleshoot.
- A minimum of two years of clerical work experience demonstrating the relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities.
