Qualifications:
- To determine inventory balance, price, and cost, gathers information on material, equipment, goods, or supplies received or delivered.
- Physical inventories are developed and implemented with the help of this person.
- It is necessary to have prior experience working in a fast-paced, professional, customer service-oriented team environment.
- To name and identify tools and equipment, use an identification tag, stamp, or electric marking instrument.
- Before receiving, unpacking, and storing tocks tools, equipment, and components, verifies inventory, monitors order points, puts and expedites orders, and receives, organize, and stores them.
- Maintains relevant files and paperwork; draughts standard reports for management approval.
- Inspects and measures tools and equipment for faults and wear, notifying the supervisor of any damage or wear.
- Cost-cutting measures such as par-level manipulation, reorder points/min/max, and holding-cost reduction are all identified.
- To resolve any issues about material stock inventory levels, communicate with shipping or inventory coordinators, department supervisors, and internal and external customers.
- Over the phone, do material stock checks, recording and delivering any relevant information.
Skills:
- Fillers, Rinsers, Cappers, Case Packers, Case Formers, Coolers, and Pasteurizers are examples of industrial machinery that need understanding and troubleshooting.
- Being able to go online and perform basic Internet searches, check email, generate and send attachments, and utilize basic email functionalities are all examples of basic computer literacy.
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, understanding of good body mechanics, safety precautions, and infection control, ability to follow directions, and knowledge of section-specific test information and instruments may be necessary.
- Reading, writing, and comprehending items written in the English language, such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operating and maintenance instructions.
- Two years of equivalent work experience in a Material Management function is greatly preferred (e.g. inventory, distribution, etc.).
