In accordance with the Defect Classification, the Quality Control Manager is in charge of visually checking all items and deciding which are acceptable and which are not. Releases products that are in good condition to inventory or discards things that are flawed.

Qualifications:

- Supervises the gathering and testing of manufacturing samples for quality assurance purposes.
- Measure and inspect a sample of finished goods to ensure conformity with all specifications.
- Complete a thorough analysis of the problem with all returned products, and record your findings.
- Analyze test results, propose whether or not the information should be shared, and make recommendations based on how the results compare to established benchmarks and control settings.

Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role as a Quality Manager or Engineering Manager.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the quality assurance, technical, and other departments.
- Trade, management, technology, or quality control A bachelor’s degree is required at the very least.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.
- Excellent focus, initiative, and the ability to quickly adjust course in reaction to changing conditions.
