Full-Time Intermediate-level Project Specialist – Ad-Dākhilīyah
Job Description
The Project Specialist is in charge of creating thorough action plans that cover every facet of a project from start to completion while collaborating with our Project Management team. Numerous coordinating responsibilities will fall within your purview, including establishing deadlines, allocating tasks, transferring information, and monitoring project documentation and workflow. To complete tasks, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, so you’ll need to be able to manage several priorities at once and communicate well with them both.

Qualifications:
- Prove your technical prowess by executing well-established practices for product development in a regulated setting appropriate for medical device design control, such as PMI’s standard project management methods. There needs to be mentorship and coaching for both the project team and for less seasoned project managers.
- Frontline help for a wide variety of projects, including grants management, contract preparation, financial assessment, and governance assistance.
- To overcome barriers, maintain a sense of urgency, lead meetings and problem-solving sessions, and hold team members responsible for program commitments.
- Help projects with donor communications, make sure all funding bids and reports are submitted on time, and monitor project grants to make sure all obligations are satisfied.
- Manage the many phases of project management, including setup and implementation.
- Keep clear project communication channels available for usage at all organizational levels, from individual project contributors to senior leadership.
- Plan and oversee domestic and/or foreign projects of varying complexity and size, from those with modest hopes of growth to those with ambitious plans for breakthrough or platform-scale development. There are many different types of projects, such as those that happen before an idea is ever conceived and those that happen long after a product has gone to market.
- Help the program manager by providing details on the program’s goals, timing, budget, risk management, alternatives, and supporting resources.
- Manage the cross-functional team’s alignment with respect to quality, sterilization, packaging, research and development, and biocompatibility. Manage team change control deliverables generation.
- Lead and support project teams that span several different geographical locations and are made up of a wide range of diverse, cross-functional people. Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere where there is trust, empowerment, accountability, and recognition.

- Prior involvement with supplier or manufacturer changes, sterilizing procedures, supply chain management, or post-market product release is desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required, or an advanced degree in lieu of work experience.
