Full-Time Intermediate-level Operations Associate – Tabuan-Lasa
Job Description
We are seeking an independent individual to join our Operations team. In this position, you will work directly with the vice president of operations to execute the company’s operational strategies, including process design, tool selection, implementation, and training. This role is part of the Finance & Operations team, which comprises the functions of FP&A, HR, Talent Development & Recruitment, and Operations.

Qualifications:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back-of-house areas and ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Complete quickly and accurately any tasks or special assignments provided to you by the store’s management.
- Assist internal and external customers at all levels, accept and screen calls, correspondence, and/or visitors, and make travel and meeting arrangements as needed.
- Organize and manage division files and records, execute sophisticated clerical activities and analytics, supply and equipment orders, and so on.
- Customer requests, queries, and requests for information should be handled properly.
- Maintain Asset Protection’s controls and follow all applicable regulations.
- Urgently expedite merchandise transfers, customer sends, and Return To Vendors.
- Facilitate communication with related teams (e.g. coordinate and schedule office appointments, meetings and conferences, etc.).
- Determine potential courses of action and generate appropriate solutions by identifying and understanding challenges, problems, and opportunities.
- Conduct independent research, design, and production of speeches and presentation materials for use in a variety of venues.
Skills:
- Shown time management abilities, including the ability to handle several projects with changing priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities. Ability to connect with others via open and understanding speech that accomplishes both rapport building and problem solutions. You have excellent empathy and interpersonal intuition and can compose messages on behalf of product specialists via email, chat, and phone. You also have good active listening abilities.
- Experience performing warehouse responsibilities in a retail, customer service, or sales setting.
- The capacity to respond fast under normal conditions and to envision a specific action plan that will provide a result that will satisfy the customer.
- Familiarity with basic software programs such Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
