Full-Time Intermediate-level Administrative Services Manager – Al ‘Abbāsīyah

We’re looking for an administrative services manager to oversee daily operations in specific locations and provide administrative assistance to our teams, which are rapidly growing. Qualifications:
- Make recommendations for altering or enhancing current services and/or equipment to increase efficiency and reduce costs after evaluating current operational procedures.
- Keep track of the team’s workload and bandwidth, use the suggested ratios, and/or handle exceptions as necessary.
- Regularly solicit comments and ideas for new features for internal tools that would be helpful to the administrative community.
- Try to find more ways to improve the quality of the team’s work.
- In the event of absences, back up the team by helping the leaders as necessary.
- Build relationships by communicating often with the leaders you are supporting. When necessary, speak up for the administrators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for information technology, and make sure all new employees are properly supplied.
- Become an expert user of the internal and external tools (Outlook, Concur, etc.) used by administrators and act as a mentor to others.
- Investigate ways to optimize and streamline procedures in order to reduce time spent on manual chores.
- Act as the team’s go-to resource for questions about administrative guidelines, including travel and expense policies.
Skills:
- Competence in delegating and coordinating the efforts of several people.
- Minimum of two years’ experience and/or training in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience managing and/or administering a facility.
- having experience managing teams and increasing people’s abilities.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
