  • Maintain current client data in the contact management system and contact database for the purposes of reporting, scheduling, fee monitoring, and marketing.
  • Regular shredding should be used to dispose of old and unnecessary client information and to ensure the proper disposal of all client information.
  • Create and manage client files, draft client forms and reports, and start correspondence when the firm’s advisor requests it.
  • Trading to accounting software handles the purchase and sale of equity and fixed-income securities.
  • Review and respond to all electronic correspondence; promptly address issues and concerns with professionalism and attention to resolution.
  • Identify promising investment prospects, conduct necessary due diligence, and draft investment memorandums to support deal teams in making fund investments and co-investments.
  • Clients’ requests for new accounts, changes to existing ones, trading authority, linking of life insurance and annuity accounts, completing registrations, and proactive follow-up on requests for service are all done.
  • Maintain any shared office equipment to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently, and report any issues to the facilities manager. Make sure that basic supplies, like those for the break room, are never in short supply in the office.
  • Create and compile reports and databases for maintaining files and record keeping, and establish and manage client files in order to satisfy regulatory and compliance needs.
  • Responsible for ensuring all client needs are promptly and accurately addressed; serve as front office support, including welcoming clients and visitors to the office; politely answer telephone calls; address calls as appropriate or take detailed messages as needed.


  • One to two years’ experience in finance or a related field (billing, accounting, buying, mathematics, etc.).
  • demonstrated competence in client management or customer service. This would entail discovering difficulties or problems with clients, offering solutions, and starting those solutions.
  • Applicants without a bachelor’s degree but with relevant work experience and/or college credits will be considered.
  • Those applying should ideally be fluent in Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under time pressure in a fast-paced environment.
