Full-Time General Accountant – Night Shift – Najʿ Ḥammādī
Job Description
To assist with financial statement production and analysis for the Shared Service Center’s designated Market Organization, we are looking for a general accountant (s). For assigned Market Organizations, this job is in responsibility of creating the proper internal controls, and it also makes sure that the Region complies with the Corporate Finance Manual. The general accountant is also in charge of all regional worldwide efforts.

Qualifications:
- General ledger adjustments and, if necessary, account reconciliations.
- Process payments to internet vendors once a week.
- The cost criteria used by the federal and state governments are well recognized.
- Work together with Club staff, Development staff, service providers, and vendors to achieve your goals.
- It is essential to have prior knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle.
- Paylocity’s system is used to examine and handle biweekly payroll.
- Bill and keep track of grant expenses and income on a monthly basis to aid in the grant administration process.
- It is necessary to have 3-5 years of general accounting experience.
- The establishment of proper internal controls, month-end closing, and continuous recording procedures are all necessary to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of the financial statements.
- A bachelor’s degree in one of these disciplines is necessary, in addition to professional experience in accounting, finance, or business administration.
Skills:
- Capability to work together with others in person, remotely, and across time zones.
- Superior communication abilities in writing, speaking, and public presenting are necessities in this field.
- Competence with computers and, in particular, Microsoft Office products is essential.
- The ability to prioritize a vast number of tasks and meet a wide range of timeframes
- Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities are musts for this position.
