- You’ll be expected to whip up copy for use in marketing efforts throughout the web, including social media, email, and digital billboards.
- Manage a team of designers and copywriters to produce marketing collateral that increases sales and strengthens the brand.
- Meet with internal clients for kickoffs, monitor projects, and offer suggestions for fulfilling company goals.
- Meet or beat business goals on revenue, customer retention and customer acquisition goals.
- Development of creative shopper marketing and consumer promotion materials for agency, Client and New Business initiatives.
- Lead creative projects and teams in tandem with Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management from initial ideation through final, pixel-perfect execution.
- Setting the idea and stylistic direction while actively participating in the design of numerous projects and campaigns, you can encourage involvement and engagement by offering design solutions.
- Deliver brand-consistent material that furthers the goals of the campaign by adhering to the parameters set forth.
- You’ll need to be familiar with promotional media suppliers and have experience adapting to a variety of product requirements.
- Keep the project’s creative goals and timeline in line with the campaign’s overall objectives and the client, brand, retailer, and customer base.
