To help with operational and recruitment activities, we are looking for an operations specialist. primarily aiding with administrative tasks, candidate sourcing, background checks, appointment scheduling, welcoming and assisting guests, pre-employment activities, drug testing, payroll assistance, customer support / customer service, and other operational functions.

- Make sound judgments and handle tasks on your own accord.
- Our court researchers will be monitoring and tracking late search requests and will follow up with clients as necessary.
- Serve as a go-to resource for clients and associates as needed.
- As the customer service rep, you will be responsible for handling the most complex customer issues.
- Recognize problem areas and suggest solutions. When necessary, lend a hand with or help coordinate the implementation of the shift.
- Current activity codes, coding standards, and corporate policy and procedures as they relate to coding should all be kept up to date, and you should know how to use this knowledge effectively.
- Taking charge of problems and making sure they get fixed properly and quickly.
- Keeping our court researchers in the loop and adhering to established criteria.
- Accuracy, timeliness, and throughput must all be met, and SLAs must be respected.
- Establish and achieve challenging performance targets that contribute to personal and company goals. keep tabs on and monitor development toward goals.
- possess excellent computer abilities and are knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and web applications.
- Must be able to work independently and is not afraid to make a decision and act on it.
- You must have excellent customer service skills because you will be engaging with our clients, vendors, and internal personnel to resolve order concerns.
