Qualifications:
- Build competitive content beginning with the discovery of material from subject matter experts, create a story/narrative to fit the value-selling strategy, choose the optimal form factor, and lead the project through design, approvals, and publishing.
- Collaborate across the Sales Enablement Content team to see where our reaction to the competition may be enhanced. Create initiatives to address these deficiencies.
- Be in charge of the whole creative process, from conception to writing and production, for any and all forms of marketing communication. This includes print and electronic media, as well as broadcast and cable television as well as radio and presentations.
- Makes use of the best practices in the business and is acquainted with the organization’s purpose and objectives in order to provide ideas for interesting material that may be presented in a number of media, including written, audio, video, and graphic.
- Maintains open contact with the Vice President of Sales, Product Manager, and Training Manager in order to discover customer requirements and develop material that is highly relevant to our target audiences.
- Market research is an important part of strategic planning since it allows companies to identify issues and opportunities with their target audience.
- The primary areas of responsibility will be overall brand creative, which covers everything from content, copywriting, design, and layout direction. The importance of copywriting and content cannot be overstated.
- Manage and oversee the development of creative strategies and deliverables for multi-channel marketing campaigns. Direct all creative efforts so that the final product is one that is premium, creative, innovative, and of world-class quality in terms of design and creative solutions.
- You’ll be working with a team of in-house producers and designers and artists among others on a daily basis to develop high-quality work and engage with the CMO and the Marketing team.
- Making certain that proposal and marketing materials effectively represent important desired messages, solutions methods, and themes, and that they are readily understood, legible, consistent, and appealing.
Skills:
- For this job, you need a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience working with sales teams and telling competitive stories. The best places to work are in Competitive Analyst, Sales Engineering, Customer Account Management, or Outbound Product Marketing.
- Excellent writing skills, the ability to communicate and work well with others, and the ability to consistently meet tight deadlines. Knowing HTML and using WordPress is a plus.
- Capability to generate content in response to a project brief, fulfilling the messaging and positioning demands of the client while adhering to overarching brand standards for voice, tone, and message.
- possess both experience and a strong desire to work hands-on in the production of creative for a number of media, such as the internet, live events, video, photography, print, and electronic mail.
