Part-Time First Shift Computer Analyst – Yelwa
Job Description
The Computer Analyst is responsible for developing relationships with end users, managing the end user computing experience, administering workstation protection and imaging software, and keeping track of the precise location and inventory of all computer hardware and accessories. The Computer Analyst is also accountable for producing an annual capital acquisition plan for end user workstations, as well as establishing and maintaining computer equipment cycle plans and preventive maintenance plans.

Qualifications:
- Under careful supervision, perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a wide range of computer hardware, software, and end-user devices.
- Make sure automated testing is a part of every stage of the test lifecycle by developing test plans for both the application and the system levels. Strategize ways to try things out.

- To get the results you want, it’s important to use modern methods of development and change management, and to link business requirements to technical offerings.
- Contribute to the tracking of IT hardware and software/licensing by writing requests for vendor warranty support and communicating with vendors as needed.
Skills:
- Experienced in installing and configuring a wide range of electronic devices, including but not limited to desktop and portable computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and the like.
- Excellent communication requires not only the ability to hear and understand what is being said, but also the knowledge of and practice with proven methods of conveying ideas effectively.
