Qualifications:
- Computes financial data. Auditing financial and accounting documentation for correctness and completeness.
- Provide financial guidance to all assigned programs as required, taking into account program type and program location.
- Collaborate closely with the senior financial reporting accountant and other consultants to ensure that suitable accounting practices are implemented.
- Quality control of financial concerns for the whole company as well as assigned programs will be assisted by this position.
- Activates several accounts for the purpose of doing business. Prepares quarterly analyses of fund balances and expenditures, and technical reports on payroll, estimates, cost data, and budget items.
- Helps with accounting and financial issues. Technical help for accounting operations is provided. ensure that all standards, rules and procedures are being adhered to and followed
- A financial accountant is responsible for keeping track of financial data, documentation, and reports.
- Participate in the yearly budgeting process with program and senior management, and keep an eye out for any changes.
- Classes, codes, postings and balances records of accounting transactions and other financial information
- The preparation of periodic analyses of the fund balances and expenditures, and the preparation of technical reports on the payroll, estimations, cost data, and budget items Solve difficulties with accounting or money management.
Skills:
- Having a bachelor’s degree in accounting from an authorized institution or university
- Critical thinking is the use of logic and reason to evaluate the benefits and downsides of prospective findings, solutions, or approaches to problems.
- Knowing how to utilize spreadsheets, keep files and data organized, and do other administrative and clerical activities using office technology.
- A person’s capacity to express and exchange ideas requires the ability to read, write, and communicate verbally and in writing.
- The ability to multitask, work with others, and act independently in a productive and organized manner.
