Qualifications:
- achieves company objectives by working with producers and the creative team.
- In order to fulfill their producer role, EPs must be able to crank out music on demand.
- Together with client-designated alignment teams, establish annual scopes that account for both volume and projected production expenditures.
- Provides answers and assistance to inquiries from client engagement teams. Will be available in the Integrated Production work queue and sent to local production when necessary.
- Discuss and analyze newscasts on a regular basis with the team and individual producers.
- Monitors the scheduling of producers for all production activities in local market.
- Facilitates the launch of new products and services by handling bookings and scheduling of production sessions.
- responsible for finding and bringing on any contract producers who may be required.
- oversees the coaching and training of new producers and supports their ongoing professional development.
- Work with the digital desk to identify and assign content appropriately for each platform.
Skills:
- To win new business pitches, present program recommendations, and establish reliable customer connections, you need to have excellent presentation skills.
- Having a good sense of humor, being outgoing, conversant, knowledgeable, self-assured, and practical are all desirable qualities.
- The capacity to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, take the initiative to see a project through to completion, and operate with minimal oversight are all necessary.
- As a team leader and team player, you have strong interpersonal communication abilities.
- Needs to be able to self-manage and multitask in a high-pressure setting, with a keen eye for detail.
