Job Description
The Executive Assistant will be an integral component of a rapidly expanding company while also being responsible for scheduling and booking business trips. The ideal applicant will have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant, be proactive, a strategic business partner, and have a strong interest in technology.

Qualifications:
- performs particular administrative tasks including processing invoices and expense reports and procuring office supplies as necessary.
- Conference guests of senior executives are greeted and shown to the appropriate meeting rooms.
- Field calls, answer emails, and chat with customers while managing the executive inbox.
- Helps with document creation (reports, memos, letters), presentation assembly (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and data analysis (Excel).
- Prepare ahead of time with a detailed itinerary and daily schedule.
- owns the CEO’s calendar management, including meeting scheduling, managing scheduling disputes, ranking calendar events, and notifying the necessary parties of urgent requests or adjustments.
- a track record of managing many tasks and priorities while adhering to deadlines and long-term objectives
- You’ll need to draft business documentation for both internal use and distribution to your staff and external clients and investors.
- Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Participate in board meetings and help with setup, which includes setting up workstations and presentations.
Skills:
- possessing expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially in the use of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with and skill with the use of commonplace office machines such as a phone, scanner, fax machine, and photocopier.
- aptitude for handling stress and ambiguity (deadlines, etc.)
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities, as well as exemplary multitasking skills.
- Must have worked as an executive assistant for at least two years, preferably in a high-pressure setting.
