Job Description

Inventory Coordinator evaluates, reports, and reconciles completed items and raw materials. As required, process failed idols, scrap orders, and BOM generation and maintenance. This role handles inventory reconciliation, master data correctness, vendor research and corrective guidance.

  • Work with the operations staff to make sure the inventory is correct and complete. Clean up the inventory by looking for mistakes in the Serialized Inventory report and keeping an eye on the Site Transfers for incomplete receipt.
  • Be responsible for making weekly and daily modifications to inventory costs as instructed by Supply Chain Management and in accordance with sales policy.
  • This Inventory Coordinator coordinates all inventory operations for a department. It may involve replenishment, picking, staging, delivery, put-away, special orders, and substitutions. PAR, Binning, Cycle Counts, Bill Only, and Inventory Relief management.
  • Assign tasks and settle arguments with warehouse care employees while regulating access to equipment, supplies, and restricted objects.
  • Assists management in cost-containment process by providing cost-effective techniques and identifying improvement opportunities. In a timely way, operates, calibrates, and maintains technical equipment.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of supply inventories, including the monitoring of volume, flow, and source. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for providing control for everything linked to inventory, including projects and assignments. It is possible for the IC Coordinator to take charge of work either on behalf of the manager or as instructed by management.
  • Do not forget to keep track of everything you have on hand, as well as the changes you have made and shipments that are on their way. If there are any anomalies in the packing slips, correct them and put the components in their right places.
  • Maintain and regulate the warehouse’s security environment in compliance with the Institution/Center and Division’s rules and procedures, Conduct several daily inspections of the facility, including routine rounds of the warehouse.
  • The process of packaging and shipping components for orders placed by customers located in other countries, making use of the most efficient package dimensions to minimize shipping expenses, and ensuring that deliveries come as close as is practically possible to meeting the requirements set forth by the customers.
  • Taking action to alleviate supply shortages, keeping management informed, and/or providing suggestions based on information analysis are some of the responsibilities of this position.


  • Successful candidates will have good interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • To be considered for this job, you must have at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in supply chain management or finance.
  • Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to connect successfully with all levels of employees, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Advanced understanding of SAP R/3 or an equivalent system and expert-level Microsoft Excel are necessary. Very detail-oriented and organized, with good logistics.
  • Excellent personal organization and business administration abilities according to best practice standards. Ability to operate productively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timeframes and pressure while retaining detail and quality.
