Job Description
In addition to basic clerical duties, the Administrative Assistant also handles more involved administrative tasks. One- or two-years’ experience working in a busy office is preferred. The successful candidate will be able to provide administrative and office support to multiple managers and/or departments, as well as understand and follow standard office procedures, communicate effectively, solve intermediate-level problems, conduct basic research, respond to department inquiries (including communication with external customers), and assist with the development and administration of various departmental programs and reports.

Qualifications:
