Job Description
The eCommerce Manager will be in charge of developing national and state-level market strategies to guarantee that online sales rise and that the Company’s eCommerce platform is adopted. In this position, he or she will be in charge of collaborating with suppliers, digital marketing, and sales leadership to create eCommerce programs for on- and off-premise clients. By executing the following activities, the eCommerce Manager will be responsible for translating new features or opportunities to the delivery team, as well as acting as a liaison between suppliers, marketing, sales, and IT to meet eCommerce sales objectives that exceed stated financial expectations.

Qualifications:
- leads the team in all aspects of the digital experience, including non-category specific initiatives such as Rewards, Business Select, Credit, Diversity, Community Investment, Deal center, Deal of the Day, and all quarterly marketing campaigns.
- Processes for the lifespan of pages and assets that are linked to the development of new publishing system processes and workflow.
- The Site Merchandising department is in charge of managing the teams who are responsible for product setup, visual merchandising, price, page manage, content and sale locations and event.
- Site Performance provides an in-depth look of the whole funnel and all of its moving parts. A site’s traffic and income may be boosted by using innovative and problem-solving techniques. Directs people to carry out the strategies he has devised.
- Provide support for Google Analytics, Glassbox, and other on-site and app publishing system technical functional issues to IT and the internal analytics teams.
- Report on website performance and customer experience data, optimize site operations, discover possibilities, and advise sales growth tactics.
- Build a team with a product load timetable, content marketing calendar, and performance marketing approaches and budget.
- Work together with internal teams to incorporate company-specific strategies into new product development, product launches, and marketing efforts.
- Increase your online sales by working directly with both the Regional and Global Marketing Communication teams on the exploitation of social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, search engine optimization, and the creation of online campaigns.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through engaging in educational programs, reading professional periodicals, building personal networks, and joining professional organizations.
Skills:
- Accounting and P&L management, 5-8 years of expertise in eCommerce/account administration, knowledge of digital and eCommerce platforms and vendor management,
- The ideal candidate will have strong abilities in the following areas: communication, organization, time management, analysis, and problem solving, coupled with a high degree of adaptability and at least three years of experience with Microsoft Office.
- An experienced staff can help clients and potential customers decide which product or service best meets their needs.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university recommended; 5 years of industry experience or similar education and experience.
- It is necessary to be able to analyze data, synthesize the results, choose the best course of action, and market the recommendations. Portfolio management or experience working with large suppliers is required.
