In compliance with federal and international legislation controlling the shipping, reception, and documentation of imported/exported goods, the E-Commerce Manager monitors and manages customs clearing operations in the customs house brokerage or gateway environment. Oversees the department’s day-to-day operations in order to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies, ISO guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements, and to provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing and compliance with government regulations and/or company policies. - By integrating sales-related information, industry norms, and new breakthroughs, we are developing approaches to increase sales in our online store.
- A project manager’s duties include defining the scope of a project, ensuring it is completed on schedule and within budget, managing the project’s resources, and keeping track of progress.
- Conducting analysis and reporting on weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and success of offer codes
- Assure that the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce platform function properly, including software integrations, merchant and retailer relationships.
- In order to keep the catalog up-to-date and accurate, this is a high focus (copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).
- Ensures that specified marketing tasks are completed on time and within budgetary parameters.
- Planning and budgeting for e-commerce, including new web development and platform maintenance, is part of this position’s responsibilities.
- Manages all e-commerce websites’ new web development, web maintenance, web hosting, and web application firewall. Manages external web development firms and collaborates with internal IT resources.
- Perform user acceptability testing and deploy new features in tandem with multiple departments (Creative, SEO and Marketing) inside and beyond the organization.
- E-commerce, data security, web hosting, and digital and direct marketing operations are all areas of focus for this individual.
- It is required that you have 2 years of online selling experience and/or have worked in an auction setting selling collectable goods.
- This position necessitates strong analytical skills and experience with analytic technologies like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing management, business administration, information systems, or another closely related discipline is required for this post.
- The ideal applicant will have a strong sense of leadership and a strong willingness to learn and improve.
- Extensive knowledge in digital marketing and analytics, e-commerce order fulfillment, distribution/shipping, fraud detection/loss prevention, and payment gateway integration.
