A document processor is employed by our print company to assist our clients’ administrative teams. The daily completion of our print and mail production operation, which includes the scanning, faxing, mailing, and other services related to this function, is the responsibility of the document processor. All tasks must be finished quickly, accurately, and of the highest caliber.

  • Upkeep of electronic and paper records, information in databases and systems, and creation of reports as requested.
  • Use software to convert physical paper files to electronic ones and carry out document cleansing tasks.
  • Maintain a consistent level of precision and efficiency while adhering to tight guidelines.
  • Facilitate the exchange of data and papers to keep internal stakeholders in the know.
  • using standard software or specialized conversion software, conducts document cleaning and file converting activities.
  • Get involved with an organization that is responsible for establishing industry-wide service benchmarks.
  • Complex papers should be formatted and revised from handwritten drafts, computer files, or other media. Scan papers and use advanced software to upload and manage data.
  • Analyze and interpret insurance documents and update a proprietary computer system with new information.


  • Minimum of two years of experience in a law office or other legal setting is preferred. Strong word processing skills is essential, and a minimum of three years of that is preferred.
  • Graphic design and layout expertise, as well as familiarity with printing and production processes, are prerequisites.
  • A mastery of desktop publishing or design software like PowerPoint, Publisher, and Visio is required.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar, as well as a typing speed of at least 65 words per minute, are necessary for this position.
  • The capacity to create concepts, offer creative solutions, and/or alter current notions is a requirement.
