- Facilitate effective two-way communication between your company and your customers through the use of digital and social media in your consumer relations campaigns.
- Identify innovation and renovation opportunities and lead initiatives in support of the brand’s nutrition health and wellness proposition.
- Utilizes market, brand, customer, and consumer trend data to assist Manager in creating annual plan to closely coordinate Marketing and Sales efforts to produce the best demand for the brand.
- Assist in determining how effectively to engage customers and how to plan campaigns to maximize response rates.
- Support the brand’s requirement for customers to recognize and comprehend what the brand stands for in their minds, including the brand’s identity, essence, vision, mission, and core values, in order to develop relevant communications and innovation.
- Get your project management skills up to snuff so you can complete them on schedule and under budget, and zero in on the investments that will provide you the best return for the least amount of risk. Pursue possibilities in communications, take the lead on projects, and promote the brand’s nutrition, health, and wellness proposition.
- Analyze the consumer and brand demand landscape with data-driven insights.
- Take charge of brand endeavors and responsibilities in a way that demonstrates an understanding of crucial consumer insights and the ability to activate them through appropriate communications and innovation endeavors.
- Lead initiatives in the communication plan around specific touchpoints or consumer targets including agency and cross-functional team management, strategy, planning, execution and results measurement.
- Take advantage of consumer and market trends to learn more about the brand’s target audience or a specific subset of the brand’s target audience, including their demographics, psychographics, and the factors that influence their purchasing decisions.
- Strategic brand/product planning experience, including the development of marketing initiatives and plans for product rollout is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or product management are necessary, or a master’s degree in business, marketing, MBA, or a similar discipline.
- Manage marketing communication projects, preferably implementing media and digital strategies.
- It is preferable to have prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Experience leveraging data and trends to generate insights to understand consumer behavior is preferred.
