Job Description

A district manager oversees a group of stores and mentors a group of general managers to achieve operational excellence, merchandising execution, the highest level of productivity, and profitable sales and earnings growth. You are responsible for establishing consistency amongst your stores as indicated by the P&L and other data, as well as for ensuring consistent, high performance across all projects.
