Job Description
In our department, we’re seeking for someone to fill the position of Digital Strategist. Candidates should have appropriate experience as well as a successful track record. Digital strategists are expected to not only execute, but also to take the initiative, provide new ideas, and assist in the development of strategy for some of their customers.

Qualifications:
- To verify that campaigns are following the strategy, data must be analyzed and synthesized into suggestions and ideas that may be implemented.
- Strategic Services and Product teams work together as a liaison to assist shape the product roadmap by giving product improvement ideas and customer feedback.
- Plan and execute 2-4 marketing initiatives or projects (of varying sizes) every quarter. Channel managers and team leaders should coordinate project deliverables.
- Initiate, in conjunction with the Director, engagement with Partner Marketing and Development teams in order to collect funding to support campaign operations. Create reports and updates for donors.
- Assist the Director of Marketing with the production of written goods for external communication, such as social videos and written products. The conceptualization, production, and execution of social media video products will take up some of the time allotted to the portfolio, and this work will be done in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
- Serve as the email lead for one to two clients and provide support for other accounts as required. Duties include developing content calendars and goals, writing compelling emails, navigating and managing client approvals, carrying out testing and production, and optimizing based on performance and client feedback.
- Value models and revenue generating insights that favorably influence and propel a client’s company ahead may be generated via quantitative and qualitative study.
- Work with other digital strategists, managers, and members of our advertising and creative departments to create digital strategies that cover the whole picture and help our clients raise the most money and get the most people involved online.
- In partnership with the Director, serve as a liaison between B+C, agencies, and partners with the marketing team on contracts, coordination with legal, creative briefs, production logistics, and talent management.
- Know the latest digital trends and technologies so that we can provide our clients with cutting-edge advice based on industry best practices. Carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you.
Skills:
- Incorporating real-world experience to create customer journeys and then use those trips to identify crucial opportunities to communicate with consumers and improve their experience
- Expertise in converting highly technical knowledge and/or data into coherent and succinct ideas and strategies. Bringing teams together by clearly articulating the issues and solutions they face.
- Experience with different forms of consumer research, creation of insights, formulation of creative briefs, campaign planning, content strategy, touch point/journey mapping, data-driven campaign execution, and optimization of creative based on campaign success.
- Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Sprinklr, as well as other digital tools for analytics, influencer management, etc., such as Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Traackr, or Audiense.
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, business, or a similar discipline is desired, as are seven or more years of experience developing and implementing strategy in an agency setting.
