The Digital Strategist is a digitally aware expert with multi-national brand experience creating and implementing organizational transformation projects. Through strategic insights and direction, the Digital Strategist conveys the evolution of the consumer experience and develops strategic marketing programs that align with our clients’ overall business objectives, and makes significant recommendations that deliver on client business objectives and important metrics.

Qualifications:
- Drive cooperation with Partner Marketing and Development teams to collect funding in support of campaign activities, working with the Director. Create and distribute donor reports and updates.
- Direct and carry out quantitative and qualitative research in order to develop value models and revenue-driving insights that have a positive influence on a client’s company and help to take it ahead.
- Serve as the email lead for one to two clients while also providing support for other accounts as required. Responsibilities include developing content calendars and goals, writing compelling emails, navigating and managing client approvals, carrying out testing and production, and optimizing based on performance and client feedback.
- Every quarter, work with the Marketing Director and VP of Marketing to plan and implement 2-4 marketing initiatives or projects of varying proportions. Coordinate project deliverables with team leaders and channel managers.
- You will be assisting the Marketing Director by providing textual materials and social videos. Social media video goods will be a part of this position’s portfolio at some point, along with the Marketing Manager.
- with the help of our advertising and creative teams, as well as the digital strategists, managers, and employees of other departments, develop a complete strategy to digital fundraising and engagement
- Data synthesis into strategy recommendations and idea creation, as well as frequent campaign monitoring to ensure that the strategic direction is followed.
- In partnership with the Director, serve as a liaison between B+C, agencies, and partners with the marketing team on contracts, legal coordination, creative briefs, production logistics, and talent management.
- Keep up with digital trends and new tools so that we can give our clients cutting-edge advice based on best practices. Do extra jobs as they are asked of you.
- Suggestions for product upgrades and user input should be sent to Strategic Services and the Product team in order to help define and influence the product plan.
Skills:
- Using real-world customer journeys to find opportunities to connect with consumers and improve their experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, as well as seven or more years of experience developing and putting strategies into action in an agency setting.
- Experience in consumer research, insights creation, creative brief development, campaign development, content strategy, touch point/journey mapping, and data-driven campaign execution.
- Complex knowledge or data may be broken down into manageable and understandable concepts. Defining issues and solutions in a way that brings teams together.
- Knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and other digital tools like Google Analytics or Brandwatch for analytics, influencer management, etc.
