Job Description
A DevOps Engineer is what we’re looking for. We must automate every step of our software development process if we are to continue providing for our consumers and pursuing our ambitious growth objectives. In this position, you’ll actively participate in our automation efforts by making strategic and tactical contributions.

Qualifications:
- Keep AWS-hosted infrastructure secure and operational at all times by proactively maintaining it and updating it.
- Cloud-based infrastructure solutions on AWS with strong governance model expertise and experience working in an agile development environment.
- Work with the development team to implement and administer technologies that allow software development life cycle (SDLC) automation, configuration management, and release management.

- To provide help to the development team in the areas of deployment strategy and capacity planning across the development, quality assurance (QA), staging, and production environments.
- As a member of this team, you’ll be in charge of implementing cloud infrastructure environments, including their design, development, deployment, configuration, management, and maintenance.
- Responsible for automating operational processes, developing and driving improvements, maintaining and keeping an eye on production and non-production systems, and making sure platforms work as efficiently and safely as possible.
- Help improve the overall quality of the software development and deployment process by contributing to the creation of a DevOps culture with our engineering staff and contributing to the support of everyday operations via the use of automation.
- Establish solid working relationships with the development teams in order to get an understanding of the code, its underlying dependencies, and the underlying infrastructure on which it is deployed. Create and maintain monitoring mechanisms for the application as well as the underlying infrastructure to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Responsible for automating infrastructure development in private cloud and public cloud settings, as well as offering technological evaluations in support of automation and cloud migration.
Skills:
- Having the ability to multitask, perform effectively under pressure, and prioritize tasks in the face of conflicting deadlines and shifting corporate objectives are all desirable traits. Expertise in management tools Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, Sumologic, and Splunk are some of the
- Good knowledge of the best ways to manage application servers, database servers, and third-party appliances, and an understanding of how to make sure they are always available and safe.
- Understanding deployment techniques for containerization with Docker Expertise and familiarity functioning in an agile development environment.
- Continuous integration, deployment, application performance monitoring, and alerting systems knowledge, including problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- At least two years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science are necessary. Two years of DevOps experience, one year of Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD pipeline.
