Qualifications:
- human resource management coordination, including hiring, firing, and interviewing.
- collaboration with the Chief Dentist and his or her staff to improve the quality of dental care and management
- Achieving sales and profit targets through inspiring and encouraging team members to think creatively and act with integrity is key to every successful organization.
- Supervision of all administrative processes and operations.
- Enforces Policies and Procedures in office and communicates any changes in same to staff.
- Examine and manage the office’s day-to-day functions, including but not limited to bookkeeping, invoicing, cash management, payroll processing, and other administrative duties.
- Investing in the growth and education of staff to ensure that they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Performs analysis of patient records and updates and uploads them as required.
- Develop and propose new methods to increase office output, patient retention, and revenue.
- Assist in expanding the business by implementing advertising plans both inside and outside the company.
Skills:
- At least a high school diploma is required, and prior experience managing a dental business is a plus.
- Relationship-building skills are shown, both internally and with patients.
- at least three years of experience working in a healthcare management role.
- Self-learned expertise in the appropriate frameworks and technologies.
- comprehensive familiarity with dental practices, techniques, and associated infrastructure.
