Job Description
The Teller handles and starts different financial transactions for Company customers, as well as assisting branch office management in generating new business through referrals and meeting sales referral and promotional sales goals. Enhances the company’s image by providing proactive, customer-driven service in order to meet or exceed consumer expectations.

Qualifications:
- Serve as a client’s first point of contact and make a nice first impression by providing courteous and efficient customer service.
- In coordination with the Head of Group Compliance, Global Business Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer, or Local Compliance Officer, manage compliance risk, provide proper compliance resources and training, build a compliance culture, and optimize relationships with regulators.
- Automatic Teller Machines and Teller Cash Dispensers/Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs) are kept in balance as necessary.
- You can guarantee that your customers are happy with your service by getting to know them and responding to their queries as fast as feasible.
- Maintain an appropriate cash drawer at all times, undertake daily proof, balance cash on hand, and verify transactions and negotiable items prove to the system’s records.
- Maintains internal controls within the bank, including the rapid implementation of internal and external audit points, as well as any external regulators’ concerns.
- Take ownership of escalated account services issues until they are resolved; document all client complaints completely and accurately in the relevant system.
- Servicing Customer accounts, collecting loan payments, accepting safe deposit box payments, processing sales of gift cards, cashing checks, confirming currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits are all examples of Teller transactions.
- A customer relationship management system can help you keep track of your customers and get them to refer you to other businesses.
- Maintain current knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as any government regulations, such as the Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer guidelines. Follow all Company and regulatory compliance and operational risk controls to the letter; report control failures, compliance breaches, and incidences of operational loss.
Skills:
- The candidate must be self-motivated and show a willingness to learn and grow as a leader.
- It is necessary to have one year of documented customer service and/or sales experience, including cash handling experience.
- It is necessary to have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States because the company will not sponsor visas for these positions.
