Job Description

The Customer Service Lead will lead and coach a region team in providing outstanding technical and commercial support to a customer base in the Southeast Region. Partnering with regional sales and operations teams to grow revenue, improving and implementing standard work norms and processes, and acting on Voice of Customer-based improvement opportunities and team performance needs are just a few of the responsibilities. It would be advantageous if you have prior experience in the manufacturing or leasing industries. A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.

Qualifications:

  • Attend meetings and trainings to stay informed about changes to programme knowledge, systems, and procedures, and review all new training materials.
  • Products will be replaced or refunded.
  • All attendance and work schedule requirements must be adhered to at all times.
  • Follow the guidelines for handling confidential and personal data.
  • Inbound and outgoing calls should be handled with respect, promptness, and professionalism.
  • Fix problems and manage emails correctly to ensure first-contact resolution.
  • Customers’ complaints should be directed to the proper internal or external partners.
  • Use your knowledge and training to accurately respond to customers’ problems while following all scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Extend and upgrade a knowledge database that already exists.
  • Accurately document and process customer claims in the appropriate systems/spreadsheets.

Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working in retail or ecommerce-related disciplines and sectors.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary, as well as precise attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-starter who can move, prioritize, and fulfil deadlines on their own.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a closely related subject is recommended.
  • It is necessary to have knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and tools.
