Full-Time Customer Experience Lead – Baao
We’re seeking for a Customer Service Lead to help with a variety of client initiatives. In this position, you will troubleshoot fundamental technical difficulties, develop excellent customer connections, fact-find to discover needs while identifying opportunities and trends to discuss with key partners, and guarantee that all of our clients receive satisfying resolutions to concerns. - Extend and augment a knowledge base that already exists.
- Observe all attendance and work schedule standards with vigilance.
- With courtesy, promptness, and professionalism, handle incoming and outbound calls.
- Customer complaints should be sent to the right internal or external partners.
- In the appropriate systems/spreadsheets, document and handle client claims appropriately.
- It’s important to process refunds or provide new products.
- Use your knowledge and training to provide precise answers to client concerns while adhering to all scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Abide with the rules governing the handling of private and personal data
- To stay up to date on changes to programme knowledge, systems, and procedures, attend meetings and trainings and study all new training material.
- Ensure first-contact resolution by fixing problems and managing emails properly.
- Must be a self-starter capable of moving, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines independently.
- 2+ years of experience in retail or ecommerce-related fields and industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a closely related field preferred.
- It is recommended that you use the Microsoft Office Suite and tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are required, as well as meticulous attention to detail.
