- Inspire partners by offering ideas for what their brand might achieve on Company, then work with them and the relationships team to execute.
- Manage creative strategy and development for multiple ad media and platforms.
- Work closely with the creative team to come up with print, video, animation, and digital still ads that are unique and stand out. Watch over the planning and mapping of content.
- Present to clients directly, winning their confidence by providing a succinct and captivating tale that explains our methods and approach. Provide strategic guidance to Account teams for brands throughout the digital ecosystem, as well as collaborate with creative and brand teams to generate and update case studies each quarter that highlight the fascinating stories behind our finest work.
- Manage the creative testing strategy, as well as the reporting of test findings to important stakeholders, Conduct an analysis of new technologies and communication channels. Offer your leadership in thinking and your views on matters of adoption when appropriate.
- Maintain a content schedule and oversee the planning and approval process for time-sensitive game updates. Manage external creative development in collaboration with agencies and other vendor partners, in collaboration with the Video Editing team.
- Lead, manage, encourage, and inspire teams. Review deliverables and work with creative teams. Provide inspiration and strategic supervision, and guarantee that the effort is recognized, used, and valued. Develop and maintain realistic schedules and project plans in collaboration with project managers.
- Industry-leading trend predicting and setting. Identify new tools, social networks, and upcoming technologies to construct customer journeys that can spot disruptive breakthroughs.
- Keep up with major social media/influencer channels to remain updated. Presentations and reports should clearly describe the plan.
- Learn about customers and the brand via the Brand team’s insights and efforts. Optimize expenditure and performance by spotting trends.
- Creative and strategic thinker with 5+ years’ experience, particularly in a tech agency. Ideally, you’re a Creative Account Manager, Creative Strategist, or Art Director eager to take on a more strategic role.
- Big idea The ability to conceive across a variety of platforms, such as live events, video, print, social media, internet, and integrated campaigns, Presentation software expertise, preferably with PowerPoint, Keynote, or any comparable is required.
- Having experience in the administration of user acquisition campaigns and content planning an excellent eye for emerging trends and a desire for putting plans into action quickly. Previous experience with engaging influencers is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and orally. A creative and strategic thinker, you combine our client’s aims with a logical approach. This means that you can explain a complicated idea in a manner that everybody can grasp.
