- Achieving easy-to-understand, accessible, consistent, and attractive proposal and marketing materials that effectively represent key desired ideas, solution methods and themes.
- Own end-to-end creative approach across all marketing channels, including TV, radio, presentations, website, collateral, digital and print advertising, email, photography, video, and events.
- Collaborate across the Sales Enablement Content team to see where our reaction to the competition may be enhanced. Create initiatives to address these deficiencies.
- In multi-channel marketing initiatives, it is important to drive and direct creative strategy and deliverables. Direct all creative activities toward the end goal of producing design and creative solutions that are premium, creative, innovative, and of world-class quality.
- Uses best practices in the industry and knowledge of the organization’s mission and goals to come up with ideas for interesting content in written, audio, video, and graphic forms.
- Content daily with the CMO and other top executives to build high-quality collaborate and to work with internal producers, designers, and artists as well as external partners.
- Participating in strategic planning, which involves analyzing marketing information, identifying consumer needs and critical challenges, and building successful customer-centric strategies.
- Develop content that is competitive beginning with the discovery of information from subject matter experts (SMEs), develop a tale or narrative to fit a value-selling strategy, pick the most appropriate form factor, and lead the project through design, approvals, and publishing.
- Core areas of responsibility will include the brand’s overall creative, which encompasses all aspects of content, copywriting, design, and layout direction. Focus on content and copywriting.
- Customers’ requirements are identified and appropriate information is produced by keeping an open line of contact with the Vice President of Sales, Product Managers, and Training Managers.
- An excellent command of both written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to work well with others and regularly fulfill tight deadlines, is required.
- Bachelor’s degree recommended, 5+ years of sales and narrative experience. Competitive Analyst, Sales Engineering, Customer Account Management, or Outbound Product Marketing expertise preferred.
- Capability to generate content in response to a project brief, fulfilling the messaging and positioning demands of the client while adhering to overarching brand standards for voice, tone, and message.
- Experience and a desire to work hands-on to make creative things for the web, in-person events, video, photography, print, and email, among other things.
- Brands, ideas, stories, and experiences interest me, as do architecture and design. Building a brand, running marketing efforts, and offering actual and virtual experiences may lead to success.
