Qualifications:
- Manage and direct the creative strategy and outputs of multichannel campaigns. Direct all creative efforts to provide premium, innovative, and world-class designs and creative solutions.
- The entire brand creative, which encompasses everything from content, copywriting, design, and directing layout, will be the primary responsibility of this position. Copywriting and content are the focus.
- Communication between the Vice President for Sales and Product Managers and the Training Manager ensures that customers’ requests and suitable information are met.
- Be in charge of the whole creative process for all forms of marketing communication, from coming up with ideas to writing and making them. This includes radio and TV, as well as print and electronic media.
- Makes use of the best practices in the industry as well as knowledge with the organization’s purpose and objectives in order to generate ideas for compelling content that may be presented in a number of media, including textual, audio, video, and graphic.
- Work with a team of in-house producers, designers, artists, and other partners every day to do great work and work with the Chief Marketing Officer, Executives, and the Marketing team.
- Collaborate across Sales Enablement Content to increase competitive response. Create gaps-filling initiatives.
- ensuring that both the proposal and the marketing materials readily express the major intended messages, solution methods, and themes, and that they are consistent, accessible, easy to comprehend, and appealing.
- Strategic planning involves looking at marketing data, figuring out what problems customers have and what big problems they face, and coming up with ways to help customers.
- Develop content that is competitive beginning with the discovery of information from subject matter experts (SMEs), develop a tale or narrative to fit a value-selling strategy, choose the most appropriate form factor, and lead the project through design, approvals, and publishing.
Skills:
- in-person events, video, photography, print and email all fall under the category of “creative production,” thus it’s important to have both expertise and a strong willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Excellent writing abilities, as well as the ability to communicate and cooperate effectively and regularly fulfill tight deadlines, HTML knowledge and expertise utilizing WordPress is desired.
- Architecture and design, as well as products, information, and thoughts all interest me. Branding, marketing efforts and giving customers with both physical as well as virtual experiences may contribute to success.
- For this position, a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of expertise in working with sales teams and competitive storytelling is required. Competitive Analyst, Sales Engineering, Customer Account Management, or Outbound Product Marketing are preferred fields of work.
- Capability to generate content in accordance with a project brief, satisfying the client’s messaging and positioning requirements while following to brand guidelines for voice, tone, and message.
