Job Description
Our company is looking for a Mail Handler to join our group. The Mail Handler must to be able to keep their accuracy at a high level while working under pressure to fulfill strict deadlines and aggressive output targets. You will be responsible for sorting through mail and items that come in, as well as opening and scanning them with mail extraction machines.

Qualifications:
- The documents need to be categorized and named according to standard procedures.
- Deliver productive, timely document scanning of all required materials.
- Assists the Mail Expeditor in the operation of the commingle equipment to maximize postage savings for First Class letters and flats.
- Posting and loading of supplies Sending machinery to approved inline production facilities ensures that manufacturing may proceed without interruption.
- As needed, make copies of the papers before gathering stacks, applying a batch header, and scanning them.
- Loads the scanned, wrapped, and approved mail into a truck using a transporter or pallet jack. Ensures the trailer is loaded safely and according to requirements.
- The completed postal containers are manually stacked to specifications after being palletized, separated into groups according to projects. To preserve the integrity of the pallet contents and to ensure that this information is visible, label each pallet or cage with the relevant project information.
- Bring the sorted mail to the mailbox or the secretary’s desk and then retrieve the outgoing and internal mail from the same locations.
- Automated gear is used to stretch-wrap each completed pallet to ensure the product’s integrity.
- Palletized postal containers were scanned and grouped by stacks. Make that the finished mail pieces are securely fastened within the mail container and that the strapping machine bands the scanned mail containers effectively.
