Job Description

The Document Controller’s primary function will be to manage users’ requests for access to various IT systems, such as automation and laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate would have strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

  • helps deliver document management, which enables the storage, management, and delivery of all formally released/issued records and documents.
  • Implement a productive work flow method, keep an eye on everyday activity, and make changes as needed.
  • By being aware of what needs to be done, you may affect the story. Support the goals and programs of the Project.
  • Share and coordinate information effectively across multiple offices.
  • Electronic engineering records, including letters, drawings, and diagrams, are easily managed, communicated, and archived.
  • Assist the project manager and team with managing projects of diverse contract type, size, complexity, and risk, including but not limited to planning, tracking, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Technical editing, high-end word processing, and strict attention to quality assurance standards all improve the final products of engineering project proposals, marketing brochures, and other related documents.
  • Assume responsibility for, and provide assistance with, tasks like subcontractor management and accruals, material control, cost collection, monitoring, technical performance, creating integrated reports, and enforcing corrective actions.
  • Services in support of projects, such as cost and time estimation, schedule development, content management, and administrative support.
  • Assessing project performance in terms of cost and schedule, tracking expenditures, analyzing discrepancies, and taking corrective action.

Skills:

  • Initiative to resolve a range of administrative problems and inquiries quickly.
  • able to pick up new skills quickly and use them well.
  • A formally recognized academic credential in the fields of business, finance, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with Livelink or other electronic document management systems is an asset.
  • competent use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other computer programs.
