At this time, we are looking to hire an administrative director. To be successful in this position, you will need to be able to work independently, but you will also be expected to work closely with other members of the management team. Managing the firm’s strategic and administrative operations, as well as implementing firm initiatives, are all responsibilities of this role. It’s your job to oversee all of the office’s support and administrative workers, as well as the facilities and space planning and management that goes along with it. Serve as the primary point of contact for human resources concerns and provide advice to administrative and legal employees on workplace policy and morale. Among the many responsibilities that go under the umbrella of finance are such things as financial planning, budgeting, billing, and timekeeping. The Director of Administration plays a key role in all architectural projects and regularly contacts with peers around the world. It’s essential that applicants have a track record of working both independently and collaboratively. Customers expect a high level of customer care and the ability to clearly communicate their needs.

Qualifications:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to the COO and other executives at the company, such as the office heads.
- Identify, assess, and address employee relations, morale, work performance, development, and productivity possibilities and issues in close collaboration with direct reports.
- Become a consensus builder to ensure consistency in the provision of high-quality help and services, as well as the application of best practices throughout all offices.
- Participates in the conception, establishment, and implementation of new company policies and practices.
- Develop standardized best practices for local service and support across the business by leading and managing the firm’s managers, facilities, and administration. Set goals, offer opportunities for development, and oversee projects to act as a coach, mentor, and role model for direct reports.
- Short-term and long-term organizational strategies should be devised and implemented in order to maximize office operating efficiency. Regularly assess and revise support processes and procedures.
- Prepare and administer the firm’s annual office operations budget, including the approval and management of spending, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Oversees many administrative managers who are in charge of particular office workers.
- Provide regular study and evaluation of office operational possibilities and concerns, as well as industry and competitive situations.
- Leading and assisting the team in business planning and analysis.
Skills:
- Result-driven project management skills from conception to completion have been proven.
- It is essential to have strong verbal and written communication skills, the capacity to handle conflict, and the ability to operate in a challenging, hectic environment.
