Full-Time Client Services Lead – San Fernando
Job Description
Your role as a Customer Service Lead is to provide excellent customer service by detecting and addressing customer issues. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist Customer Service Agents with their inquiries. On occasion, the Customer Service Lead will help with inbound customer calls, providing assistance with queries and concerns regarding our service. He or she must be able to listen to customers’ needs and respond to them on the first call.

Qualifications:
- Customers’ complaints should be directed to the proper internal or external partners.
- Follow all attendance and work schedule standards to the letter.
- Follow the rules for managing confidential and personal data.
- Extend and improve an existing knowledge database.
- To stay current on changes to programme knowledge, systems, and procedures, attend meetings and trainings and evaluate all new training material.
- By appropriately processing emails and resolving issues, ensure first-contact resolution.
- Refunds must be processed, and new products must be provided.
- In the appropriate systems/spreadsheets, accurately document and handle client claims.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with courtesy, promptness, and professionalism.
- Utilize your knowledge base and training to provide accurate answers to client queries while adhering to all scripts, policies, and procedures.
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce, or related industries.
- It is preferred that you have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a closely connected field.
- Individuals that are self-motivated and capable of moving, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines on their own are essential.
- It should be possible to use Microsoft Office Suite and tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an exceptional attention to detail, are necessary.
