Job Description
Assist the Manager and other members of management, as well as the company’s clients, under their general direction. Part of this assistance entails managing the day-to-day logistics of managing individual trust and agency accounts. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accounts by handling a wide variety of account-related tasks, checking in with clients whenever necessary, and ensuring the correctness and completeness of account information. Collaborate with the manager to expand the company’s client base by creating and delivering presentations to those clients and communicating with other departments. Collaborate with the Relationship Managers to guarantee that all rules and regulations are followed. Providing first-rate customer service by working directly with clients and internal partners to resolve issues.

Qualifications:
- whenever the Associate Office and People Manager directs, assists with event planning.

- Meetings for the CEO/President and other executives are scheduled every day.
- encourages a safe workplace and promptly reports any safety problems.
- responds quickly to incoming phone calls by picking up the receiver and talking to the caller. respectfully and competently connects callers with their desired recipients.
- Supports the organization’s administrative operations, making sure that customers’ requests are met and that they receive outstanding service.
- Answer phones when the main line is busy, serve as a backup for the computer system, and familiarize yourself with all of the department’s administrative duties.
- Coordinate, plan, and assist with tasks such as basic investigation duties, supervise agreements, and assist with internal stakeholder alignment.
Skills:
- Effectively working with little oversight while staying organized and adjusting to shifting objectives is a must.
- Superior aptitude to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated administrative experience in a fast-paced setting, interacting internally and externally.
- Expected to work longer hours from time-to-time as business demands may require.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business, Finance, Accounting, Paralegal or related field, Required
