Full-Time Billing Specialist – Day Shift – Muscat
Job Description
We’re seeking for Billing Specialists that can handle a wide range of financial and non-financial responsibilities to assist ensure the company’s profits. Payroll duties will include both receiving and processing incoming funds.

Qualifications:
- Develop and execute billing and accounting system upgrades in collaboration with other divisions.
- Perform clerical duties include filing and copying, sorting and opening mail, and taking phone calls, amongst others.
- Keeping track of invoice payment dates. After a client accepts and pays the invoice, the procedure is complete.
- Work with personnel to close off the month. Included are a variety of account reconciliations, depreciation, and account analysis.
- A timely invoice is provided for each order. All papers are presented with an invoice in accordance with the specifications of the client.
- Monitor customer websites to see whether invoices have been accepted. Timely response to consumer enquiries about billing or requests for bills, resolving any problems or denials.
- In charge of verifying that the purchase orders or contracts acquired from the Project Support team are accurate on a job-by-job basis.
- Examine contracts to ensure that customers are accurately registered and charged in the billing system, and then make sure that billing is set up to conform with Revenue Recognition and other Accounting Policies
- All accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files should be kept up to date. Before making a payment, make sure all invoices have the required documentation and permission.
- Assist with the monitoring of our expenditure system, execute appropriate audits, and offer expense-related customer assistance.
Skills:
- Strong data entry abilities with an emphasis on accuracy and speed, and strong computer skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to stay professional under stress.
- Ability to deal with enormous quantities of complicated invoices has been shown
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage many projects at once. Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Competent to handle financial data and cope well with statistics.
