We’re searching for an audit manager to oversee and organize the company’s internal auditing efforts. Making policy recommendations, supervising subordinate auditors, and recording results are all responsibilities of the audit manager. To be a good audit manager, you must have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of auditing disciplines. Finally, an effective audit manager should have prior auditing experience as well as strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Qualifications:
- Regulatory (TRID), operational, and financial factors must all be accounted for.
- Experience with Internal and/or External Audit is essential, preferably in the Banking/Financial Services industry.
- It’s crucial to utilize tools like spreadsheets, word processors, email, and accounting software.
- Contribute to the monthly report for the Supervisory Committee by reviewing the department’s actions. It is the responsibility of the Internal Auditor to notify to the Supervisory Committee when they are unavailable. Follow up with upper management and share audit findings with them. Putting in specialized effort wherever necessary.
- You are familiar with control and auditing ideas and have used them previously.
- He concentrates on BSA/AML compliance and sanctions-related issues.
- Develops audit plans to ensure that effective control measures are implemented based on a comprehensive understanding of the firm, including regulatory and commercial environment changes.
- When weighing engagement risks, selecting which procedures to pursue to obtain a desired level of certainty, and interpreting evidence, the capacity for independent thought is crucial.
- Take advantage of the company’s training opportunities to sharpen your skills in this area and learn more about the specific requirements of the business loan market.
- Any significant findings or questions about accounting principles or financial statement presentation are immediately brought to the attention of the Senior Manager or Partner.
