Full-Time Associate Creative Director – Art Director – Okrika
Job Description
The primary responsibilities of the Production Artist, who will report to the Design Director, will be to design league licensing boards for all of our licenses and to design all visuals for the catalog and BTB sales tools. To ensure that any conversions and adjustments made by the team reflect the designers’ original vision and specifications, this role will work closely with the Apparel/Authentic Design group.

Qualifications:
- As issues develop, you’ll need to work with the art department and the printer to find solutions.
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for proofreading technical packets and fixing any art or decoration problems you find.
- Possesses excellent time management abilities and can swiftly respond to a variety of tasks with strict due dates.
- Maintain a systematic system of file revisions and keep teams informed of production changes.
- It is your job to create all submission materials, get them approved, and make any necessary changes.
- Prepare artwork submitted in a variety of formats for production and address any artwork issues that crop up throughout production.
- Maintain trademark elements’ consistency as they are applied to various products across various supply chains.
- Maintain design intent for printed goods by collaborating with graphic design, art, and industrial design teams.
- In close collaboration with the design team, studies the suggested concept’s recipes, layouts, and materials to ensure the success of each design.
- Ability to take guidance well and implement it into creative endeavors such as campaign design, derivative asset creation, and resizing of existing designs.
Skills:
- You trust your printer’s ability to meet your deadlines without sacrificing quality, and you feel comfortable having them handle all of the details of the printing process.
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities and the capacity to work well with people at all levels of professionalism.
- MAC and any relevant programs, including the Illustrator and other programs from the Adobe Creative Suite, must be used with proven expertise.
- You should be proficient with software like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and FlightCheck.
- A background in visual communication design, apparel design, or product development for the apparel industry is necessary.
