Job Description

The Quality Assurance Manager use analytical and business skills to assess current and identify new or improved systems, products, and processes which further corporate objectives while working closely with the business customers and teams. In addition, the quality assurance manager creates, oversees, and carries out all phases of quality assurance testing, including developing and carrying out functional/system test plans in a multi-tiered environment and analyzing product requirements to provide test requirements.

Qualifications:

  • test-related issues are documented, studied, and reported to higher management.
  • capacity to collaborate with others in a team to understand the scope of test cases that will be applied to automated scripts.
  • checks the correctness of client files to assess eligibility and the accuracy of accounting and reporting in accordance with the Client Services Department’s policies and procedures.
  • carries out the planned complex tests build and manage a framework for automated performance testing.
  • Effectively manages caseload and meets established performance targets, while adhering to federal, state, and department procedures with timely follow-up.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss the correctness of client files with management, other staff members, and other stakeholders.
  • Comprehends and stays up-to-date on all relevant federal, state, and departmental rules, guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Maintains a log of all documents submitted, disseminates the results and conclusions of case evaluations, and promotes conversations aimed at identifying solutions and bettering the quality of care.
  • assembles material into cohesive reports and presentations in response to demands from senior management.
  • It checks, analyzes, and analyzes complex information to ensure the department complies with legislation and meets defined quality requirements.
