Part-Time Assistant Project Manager – Al Wakrah
Job Description
As an Assistant Site Manager for our organization, you will assist client accounts, keep them up to date, and help them reach their maximum potential. Duties will include responding with customer enquiries, managing workers, procuring supplies/equipment, and aiding in the maintenance of long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:
- Maintain an accurate and exhaustive inventory of the company’s products, supplies, equipment, and tools that are under his or her control and are necessary for the proper execution of job-related responsibilities that are associated with the position.
- Review the efficiency of subordinates based on the performance standards provided in the job description, and discuss the evaluation with the subordinate.
- Management and development of direct reporting staff includes, but is not limited to, interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions; providing training; coaching; motivating; evaluating; determining and adjusting working hours; addressing complaints and grievances lodged by team members; enforcing disciplinary measures against team members; planning and directing the work of team members; etc.
- Assists in the proactive monitoring of licenses and certificates (including CPR certifications) of workers, as well as monitors the Expiring, in order to ensure that active licenses and certifications are purchased prior to current licenses and certifications reaching their expiration dates.
- The departments of Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, and Information Technology undertake audits to ensure internal standards and procedures are followed (IT).
- Scheduling aid, Schedule E tracks all hours, including overtime. Report unauthorized overtime caused by early or late clocking to the Site Manager.
- Completing and submitting reports in an accurate and timely way is required, including but not limited to timekeeping, injury management, attendance, and change of status request reports.
- Building visits, visitor sign-in procedures, and building activities, including crisis scenarios such building evacuations, lockdowns, and safety precautions.
- The guidelines for daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation provided by the Site Manager are adhered to. Pricing and stock negotiations may be made more official via the use of commercial agreements with non-company suppliers.
- Ability to drive and influence others as well as the ability to connect to people with a wide variety of temperaments are two of your strongest suit.
Skills:
- At the very least, a High School Diploma or GED Telephonic skills, interviewing skills (both phone and face-to-face), people skills (professional, detail-oriented), safety-oriented (safety-oriented), and results-driven (results-driven).
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required. It is possible to replace a two-year or four-year extra experience requirement for the bachelor’s degree with a comparable two-year or four-year associate degree and/or additional experience. It is preferred that candidates have at least five years of CH/MH-53E experience.
- A strong leader who can establish a high-performance team via customer focus, open communication, and willingness to educate and provide criticism.
- There is a need for a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), along with the ability to wear PPE and operate in temperatures ranging from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 140 degrees.
- In order to properly manage the production process of a large number of airplanes with extensive internal and external links, the individual in charge of the site has to be able to provide assistance and advise to the individuals in charge of the individual factories.
