Full-Time Assistant Document Controller – Libmanan
Job Description
The Document Controller’s primary duties will be to (1) verify the accuracy and completeness of all retention documentation upon its arrival, (2) file the document in the proper area, and (3) assist with the storage and filing of archival data. The successful candidate will also help other members of the team by retrieving requested papers.

Qualifications:
- You may be able to contribute more to engineering project deliverables, proposal packages, and marketing materials by employing technical editing, advanced word processing, and maintaining quality assurance.
- Track, transmit, and accurately file electronic engineering documents, drawings and correspondence.
- Help out with Project Services including Cost and Time Estimating, Work Breakdown Structures, Risk Management, Change Management, and Project Documentation.
- endorses the provision of document management to facilitate the easy storage, management, and distribution of all supplied records and documents.
- Manage and accrue expenses for subcontractors; control materials; collect and monitor costs; keep tabs on technical performance; compile integrated reports; and take corrective action as needed.
- Help the project manager and project team with the planning, monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting of projects of various contract types, sizes, complexity levels, and risk levels.
- Rapidly and efficiently coordinate data collection and collaboration efforts involving several offices.
- Maintaining a close eye on the project’s budget and timeline, as well as doing any necessary analysis, such as allocating funds, examining discrepancies, and taking corrective measures as needed.
- The ability to affect the story depends on knowing what must be done. Boost the Project’s efforts to achieve its objectives.
- Establish an efficient procedure for completing tasks, monitor your progress on a regular basis, and make adjustments as necessary.
Skills:
- strong computer skills with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

- Initiative to promptly address a variety of administrative issues and questions.
- Understanding Livelink or any electronic document management system is a plus.
- A credential in business, finance, or a closely related technical discipline.
