Qualifications:
- Close communication between CS and Ad Ops, Creative, and Sales regarding campaign expectations is necessary to assure that the scope, timelines, and delivery methods are fulfilled.
- Check campaign performance against client KPIs to make sure objectives are fulfilled; as necessary, provide opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Supervise all aspects of client communication, planning, and execution on a daily basis for a select group of high-profile customers.
- Report progress on a weekly basis to the Manager/Associate, CS, including key achievements and any potential obstacles that may arise throughout the campaign’s implementation.
- Ensure the best quality of deliveries by managing all client and CS team sign-off points.
- Advertising scheduling and placement may be coordinated with a local centralized marketing group.
- Provide the Manager/Associate, CS with campaign performance indicators on a regular basis in order to meet CIQ reporting and management needs.
- Aid in the translation of SOWs and kick-off notes into precise timeframes that forecast dependencies and asset/resource requirements.
- Manages the stockpiling and counting of promotional items.
- Taking part in client conference calls and effectively prepping for them, and then recording and communicating the ensuing procedures.
Skills:
- Experience leading digital campaigns with overlapping timeframes and resource requirements across social, editorial, and video teams for at least one year.
- Ability to plan and manage creative production schedules and resources for online media such as social media posts, website redesigns, and video productions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a comparable discipline or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience is required.
- Technologies: Proficient at using Asana, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel to present ideas and gripping tales.
